  • This role oversees and performs technical and mechanical work to ensure community buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.
  • Responsibilities include assisting with work orders, overseeing the make-ready process for vacant apartments, developing cleanliness standards, inspecting work by others, and maintaining inventory.
