Job Summary

  • The Medical Workforce Unit (MWU) provides end‑to‑end management and specialist support across the full Senior Medical Staff (SMS) employment lifecycle.
  • This role ensures Senior Medical Staff receive comprehensive end‑to‑end operational and advisory support across their employment lifecycle.
  • This position will contribute to workforce transformation activities including system and process redesign and development of baseline workforce data.
