Job Summary

  • We have a great opportunity for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join our Construction team, working with external partners and subcontractors whilst working collaboratively with our onsite Sales team.
  • You’d reinforce directions set out by the Site and Contracts manager, helping deliver the development safely, and on schedule – we need people who lead by example.
  • The role includes ensuring the safe running of site, supporting in the management of onsite Construction and Customer Care responsibilities, and liaising with all stakeholders and suppliers.

Key Requirements

  • CSCS card
  • NVQ Level 4 Construction Site Supervision or similar
  • SMSTS card holder
  • First Aid at Work
  • Scaffold - CISRS
  • Good knowledge of Construction method and processes
  • Good awareness of codes of practice
  • Experience working within the housebuilding industry
  • Previous experience within an Assistant Site Manager or Site Supervisor role
  • Full UK driving licence
