Oversee lead management in Europe and UKI, partnering with Marketing to establish lead definitions and define the lead scoring model.
Develop executive-ready metrics and visual dashboards to provide analytics on the entire lead lifecycle until final disposition.
Develop and deliver training materials to onboard employees in similar roles for other regions, supporting consistent Marketing/Sales execution.
