Skills & Requirements

Must-have

  • Industrial hygiene program administration
  • OSHA regulatory compliance knowledge
  • Internal EHS audit experience
  • Exposure assessment using AIHA strategies
  • Air sampling for dust gases mists
  • MS Office Suite proficiency including Power BI

Nice-to-have

  • Pharmaceutical industry facility safety experience
  • Certification from ABHI or BCSP
  • Emergency response team leadership
  • ISO 14001/45001 management systems
  • Cross-functional implementation skills
  • Problem solving in ambiguous situations

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree plus 2 years experience OR Master's degree
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of local state federal EHS regulations
  • Experience performing internal audits of EHS programs
  • Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
