Responsibilities include working from blueprints, inspecting, testing, troubleshooting, and repairing various HVAC and related systems, as well as installing and maintaining water and steam lines.
The role requires a high school diploma or GED, a minimum of three years of experience in HVAC or equipment maintenance, and the ability to lift at least 50 pounds and work from ladders or scaffolding.
