Problem solving and root cause analysis
3-5 years Backend Application experience
Java/PHP or equivalent programming skills
NoSQL databases and distributed cache experience
Data structures, algorithms, OOP fundamentals
Concurrency and distributed computing understanding
Business level English or Japanese

AWS services experience
System design for massive transactions
Microservices experience
