Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical or Computer Engineering
  • 10+ years engineering experience in automation or embedded systems
  • 5+ years in multi-site or global leadership roles
  • Experience managing large engineering teams (50+)
  • Knowledge of UL508A, CE, NFPA 79 regulations
  • Experience with embedded C/C++, Python, Java
  • Experience with Siemens and Rockwell platforms
