Job Summary

  • The PLC Manager will lead and support a team to provide timely, effective and quality PLC strategic and operational support and implementation of solutions that enable positive people and business outcomes across their portfolio.
  • The PLC Manger will deliver strategic and operational PLC advice and support, including workforce planning, performance management, grievance management including investigations, conduct performance reviews, return to work including work related/non-work-related injury cases, change management, provide award and multiple public sector Enterprise Agreement interpretation, succession management and ad hoc projects.
