Job Summary

  • Supervise and coordinate the sales team to achieve sales targets for assigned business/area and overall business objectives.
  • Establish and manage the work direction for the subordinate sales team, negotiate sales contracts for the assigned area, and build good relationships with grocery stores.
  • Manage SKUs, develop sales, analyze competitors, coordinate with Marketing for promotions, manage GT sales channel processes, and handle inventory at distributors.
