Ensure service provider activities approval compliance with internal policies and contractual criteria, and tire policy requirements agreed with Fleet Mobility customers and service providers.
Define, prepare, and maintain KPIs and reporting tools to track success rates and identify deviations while overseeing the automated job approval process and recommending improvements.
Coordinate with internal field functions and lead continuous improvement efforts to standardize job approvals across EMEA.
