Job Summary

  • Ensure service provider activities approval compliance with internal policies and contractual criteria, and tire policy requirements agreed with Fleet Mobility customers and service providers.
  • Define, prepare, and maintain KPIs and reporting tools to track success rates and identify deviations while overseeing the automated job approval process and recommending improvements.
  • Coordinate with internal field functions and lead continuous improvement efforts to standardize job approvals across EMEA.

Key Requirements
