The Sr. Data Engineer will be responsible for the end-to-end development of an enterprise analytics and data mastering solution leveraging Databricks and Power BI.
This role requires expertise in data architecture and analytics to create scalable, reliable, and high-performing enterprise solutions for research cohort-building and advanced research pipelines.

Key Requirements
Master's degree with 4-6 years experience OR Bachelor's degree with 8-10 years experience
Minimum 3 years hands-on BI solutions experience
Minimum 6 years hands-on ETL and data warehouse experience
Hands-on Databricks experience
Deep understanding of Power BI model design, DAX, Power Query
Proven experience designing data mastering solutions
Strong knowledge of ETL processes and integration technologies
ITIL Foundation or relevant certifications (preferred)
SAFe Agile Practitioner (6.0) (preferred)
Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst Associate (preferred)
