Job Summary

  • These positions exist to assist designated units with staffing needs such as vacancies and census above budget through the placement of experienced direct support professionals (DSP).
  • Float DSPs must commit to 4 shifts (8,10, or 12hr) at multiple units per 2-week schedule (one on a weekend shift).
  • We provide support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), mental health and substance use issues.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years direct caregiving experience
