Base: $184,800 - $294,000 USD; Bonus/Equity: Eligible for Workday Bonus Plan and annual refresh stock grants; Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package including flexible work options

Must-have
5+ years U.S. Federal market experience
10+ years Product Management experience
Expertise in federal HR systems like EmpowHR
Knowledge of Title V and OPM Regulations
Experience with Agile/Scrum environments

Key Requirements
10+ years Product Management experience
