Job Summary

  • This position is responsible for administering, supporting, and maintaining infrastructure services in alignment with QBE policies and standards.
  • The role ensures reliable, high-quality service delivery across Data Center Colocation, Managed Services, and Public and Private Cloud environments by partnering with infrastructure teams, technical architects, and third-party providers.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience
  • Prior experience with Managed Service Provider
  • Hands-on experience supporting public/hybrid cloud
  • Experience in on-premises, public cloud, colocation
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated analytical thinking
  • Solid understanding of Microsoft/RHEL server platforms
  • Experience with VMware vSAN and Nutanix
  • Experience with Azure, AWS
  • Scripting and Automation infrastructure as a code
