Job Summary
The Associate Director will be responsible for overseeing the management of a large team in the provision of company secretarial and corporate and fund administration services to a high profile and active client portfolio of UK unregulated entities within the Real Assets sector.
Develop and maintain operational procedures and resources, ensure successful implementation of internal systems and initiatives to drive efficiency and improvements.
Act as a client service lead and escalation point, driving excellent client service, building sound client relationships and engagement, monitoring new business opportunities.
