Practices within the defined specialty supporting advancement in oncology across ambulatory and inpatient settings.
Provides knowledge and expertise for oncology treatment plans, protocol development, quality and safety metric reporting, and education.
Supports high-risk, weight-based, collaborates on formulary optimization, and advances safe, effective, and compliant medication use across the continuum of care.

Key Requirements
Bachelors of Science or Doctorate of Pharmacy (PharmD)
Current Montana Pharmacist license or eligibility
Board Certification in area of specialty or ability to obtain within one (1) year
Current American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) upon hire
American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or ability to obtain within ninety (90) days
PGY1 pharmacy residency or two (2) years of directly related specialty experience
