Must-have
BE in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
12+ years of relevant work experience
Hands-on GD&T knowledge required
Proficiency with Zeiss CMM and measuring systems
Experience driving Process FMEA and SPC tools
Nice-to-have
Six Sigma Black Belt certification preferred
Knowledge of UL insulation systems desirable
Familiarity with ATEX and CSA standards
PVR Green Belt certification advantage
Kannada language skills desirable
Key Requirements
Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical or Electrical fields
Minimum 12 years of professional experience excluding training
