As the Clinic & People Leader, your primary focus is supporting the well-being, engagement, and productivity of our clinical and client services teams (20+).
This role works to clearly defined KPIs, and you will be responsible for monitoring, supporting, and reporting on KPI performance across both the Practitioner and Administration teams.

Key Requirements
Several years of experience in an HR/Admin role or leading a team

Ability to work autonomously while staying connected to the team
Strong delegation, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills
Assertive yet patient communication style
Experience in allied health, education, or team leadership valued
