  • The Activities Director plans, organizes, develops, and directs the overall operation of the Activities Department in accordance with current standards, regulations, and guidelines.
  • Ensures an ongoing, resident-centered program of activities designed to meet the physical, mental, and psychosocial needs and interests of each resident based on comprehensive assessments.
  • Develops and maintains a monthly activity calendar including group activities, resident outings, and individualized in-room activities.
