Newport Memory Care is seeking a compassionate Medication Aide (CMT & CNA) to join their team at Louisville East Post Acute, working from 6 PM to 6 AM. The role focuses on administering medications and providing care to residents, emphasizing teamwork and compliance with facility policies

Job Summary

  • As a Medication Aide (CMT & CNA) your primary responsibilities will include following policies and procedures of the facility governing the administering of medications and showing compassion while providing care for our Residents.
  • Maintain a friendly, productive, working relationship with other members of the department of nursing, attending physicians, the Medical Director, and pharmacists.
