Key Requirements
Tertiary qualification in business, economics or a related discipline (or equivalent)
Proven experience building and running end‑to‑end regulatory training programs
Demonstrated success supporting operational, risk and compliance change
Experience measuring learning effectiveness using a structured evaluation model
Experience designing and running champion/super‑user programs
Strong learning design and content development skills
Excellent verbal and written communication, strong stakeholder management
