Salary
Base: $17.30-$25.38 per hour; Bonus/Equity: Cash-based incentive program and overtime pay available; Benefits: Comprehensive package with immediate eligibility including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) match, and 80 hours holidays.
Skills & Requirements
Must-have
3 years of regulated industry experience
mixing chemicals with specific parameters
milling carbon fiber through knife mill
operating planetary ball mill
completing documentation reports and work orders
Nice-to-have
experience with 5S area organization
strong organizational and communication skills
ability to lift 30 pounds
adherence to company values and safety requirements
Key Requirements
High school graduate education required
Associate's degree preferred but not required
3 years Integer related or 5 years regulated industry experience
