Job Summary

  • This role is critical in ensuring that all VAA-supplied modules installed at the plant meet GM’s specifications, BIQ/BIQS requirements, and customer expectations before integration into vehicle assembly.
  • The successful candidate will be expected to report to Orion Assembly in Orion, Michigan, five times per week, at a minimum.
  • GM does not provide immigration-related sponsorship for this role.

Key Requirements

  • 5+ years manufacturing, quality, or engineering experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical field
  • Supplier quality or plant quality engineering experience
  • Print reading, GD&T, and part measurement knowledge
  • Working knowledge of PFMEA, PCP, PPAP, SPC, BIQ/BIQS
  • Structured problem solving experience
