Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Minimum 8 years post-qualifying legal experience
Admitted to the Thailand Bar
Lead negotiations for complex commercial transactions
Experience with IT services vendor transactions
Manage legal risks and compliance obligations
Nice-to-have
Knowledge of Thai Government procurement processes
Experience with Gen/Agentic AI transactions
Background in SaaS or cloud transaction deals
Ability to train and support other legal team members
Innovative mindset unconstrained by traditional methods
