Job Summary

  • Working closely with Delivery Manager, Architect, and if required directly with clients to devise technology solutions to meet client needs and ensure the software product is used accurately and the go-forward solution is easy to maintain and meets standard processes.
  • Collaborate with internal team members (sales/pre-sales, engineering, other services teams, etc.) to help customers increase the value of their Salesforce Industry products and services.
  • Advocate and implement standard process development methodology to drive quality delivery of enterprise solutions.

Key Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience on Salesforce Development
  • 3+ years of experience as a Salesforce Tech Lead
  • Salesforce Platform Builder Certification
  • Salesforce Developer Certification
  • Experience leading teams in analysis and solution design
  • Experience with Test-driven Development (TDD)
  • Experience with Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Development (CD)
