  • As the People Analyst, you will leverage data to provide insights into workforce trends and organizational effectiveness through analyzing, and interpreting people-related data to support strategic decision-making and improve business outcomes.
  • You will support our People Analytics Manager and People Operations teams by maintaining accurate people data, developing and maintaining dashboards and reports, and assisting with HRIS (Workday) configurations.

  • Experience supporting data audits or governance
