Skills & Requirements
Must-have
Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field
Experience in portfolio or program analysis
Proficiency in portfolio management tools like Power BI
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with agile and waterfall methodologies
Nice-to-have
Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) certification
Experience supporting digital transformation initiatives
Knowledge of customer data platforms (CDPs)
Familiarity with MuleSoft integration tools
Ability to interpret journey maps and CX data
Key Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, or Information Systems
Proven experience in enterprise PMO environment
Portfolio Management Professional (PfMP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred
Experience developing training materials and delivering stakeholder education
Knowledge of strategic planning and investment prioritization frameworks
