Job Summary
Responsible for paid time off (PTO) calculations, all rules governing pay, wage, and hour calculations, and maintaining the rules for both of these activities in the ABM Entitlement Management System (EMS).
This position is also responsible for compliance activities related to minimum wage, Living wage, Prevailing Wage, California Meal and Rest Break Requirements, and Healthy San Francisco.
A successful candidate will possess advanced organizational, research, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders.
