Job Summary

• The Quality Assurance Technician (QAT) Supervisor will oversee the daily workflow of the inspection and calibration departments at the assigned campus.
• Responsibilities include ensuring on-time delivery, managing throughput, productivity, and staffing levels, and ensuring completion of calibration activities and gage availability.
• The role requires building a team that fosters teamwork, administering reports and documentation, driving support of Company policies and procedures, maintaining good housekeeping through 5S concepts, and enforcing all safety rules.
