The Senior Relationship Manager is responsible for self-sourcing new business, growing a portfolio of commercial banking customers, and expanding customer relationships by promoting products and services, as appropriate, to identify and fulfill customer needs.
This position provides exceptional service to build and strengthen customer relationships while working with clients that are $500K – $30M in revenue including C&I, CRE, and SBA.
Wintrust provides community and commercial banking, specialty finance and wealth management services through its 16 bank charters and nine non-bank businesses.

Base: $98,000-$158,000; Bonus/Equity: eligibility to earn an annual bonus; Benefits: Comprehensive benefit package
