Job Summary

The Associate Building Surveyor (ABS) will be responsible for project work including acting as the interface for projects between the client, other designers and the contractor, and undertaking various types of survey work.
The ABS will build strong, professional relationships with clients, consultants and contractors, based on mutual respect, trust and integrity.

Key Requirements
Chartered Building Surveyor or close to APC
Awareness of current Health & Safety legislation
Awareness of Building Regulations
Dilapidations, Due Diligence Survey Work
Schedules of Condition and Planned Maintenance Inspections
