Job Summary
Within a brand’s network, develop knowledge, image and awareness in order to boost sales (sell-out) for one of the group’s brands in a given area.
Provide training to point-of-sale/pharmacy and non-pharmacy staff on products, related guidance and/or over-the-counter sales either face-to-face or remotely depending on the strategy defined by management.
By fostering strong professional relations, motivate and encourage pharmacy teams to give product advice through coaching and implementing sales commitment strategies.
