Job Summary

  • This position manages the day-to-day Patient Access outpatient operations for The Orthopedic and Spine Hospital (TOSH) and/or the Central Access Business Center (CABC), ensuring team performance meets or exceeds department standards.
  • Responsibilities include supervising staff, prioritizing workload, monitoring performance through audits, resolving patient complaints, and conducting hiring, onboarding, training, and evaluations.

Key Requirements

  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Seven (7) years of patient registration, billing, and/or scheduling
  • Three (3) years of experience in patient registration, billing, and/or scheduling
  • Two (2) years of supervisory experience
  • Proof of legal authority to work in the United States
