Job Summary
Lead the onboarding of a new Incentive Compensation & Planning COE supporting 5 core divisions, 55 subsidiaries, and 3,000+ sellers globally.
Responsible for the global administration of Xactly incentive compensation practices, including overseeing global admins, establishing configuration standards, and maintaining the global roadmap for Xactly capabilities.
Partner with cross-functional stakeholders and SMEs in the RevOps ecosystem, technical engineering teams, and serve as the face of the COE's administration arm to Sales Leaders.
