Skills & Requirements

Key Requirements

• 7 to 10 years of strong leadership and management experience
• 5 years of underwriting experience in Personal Lines
• CIP or FCIP preferred
• Strong knowledge of personal lines products and systems
• Change leadership experience
• Data-driven approach
• Strong communication skills
• People and/or Project Management experience
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
• Eligible to work in Canada
