Job Summary

  • Responsible for post equipment PM and tool down recovery qualification and impacted lots assessment and disposition by following procedure and continuously update improvements to work instruction SOP together Process Engineer sponsor.
  • Responsible for all process layer ownership, improvement projects and qualification through proper data analysis to Change Request Board with Process Engineer sponsor.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • 9 years of experience
  • Hands-on experience in photolithography or metrology
  • Practical knowledge of 24/7 semiconductor manufacturing
  • Expert knowledge in engineering troubleshooting and process optimization
  • Working knowledge of SPC/ OCAP/ FDC/ RTM/ RMS/ APC/ DOE/ Minitab/ Defect and Yield Analysis Software/ FMEA/ 8D/ Fishbone/ 6S/ Risk Assessment
  • Strong project management skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work on 8 hours Normal or swing shift
