Root cause investigation using DOE and 8D
Mechanical simulation of components and assemblies
Hands-on laboratory tools like X-ray and CT scanning
PCB/PCBA design and assembly debugging
Optical manufacturing processes knowledge
3D CAD proficiency with Creo
Nice-to-have
Experience with heat-pipes and liquid cooling
High-volume manufacturing environment background
ANSYS Mechanical stress simulation skills
Supply chain and contract manufacturer collaboration
Design for manufacturability (DFM) focus
Key Requirements
B.Sc. in Mechanical Engineering or higher
5+ years experience in opto-mechanical product development
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hebrew
