  • Travel frequently within a designated geographic area covering multiple states and serve as an on-the-ground leader at newly launched DashMart sites and sites undergoing complex changes in operations or leadership.
  • Step in during leadership transitions, new site launches, or operational challenges, implementing standard operating procedures, troubleshooting operational issues, and quickly bringing teams up to performance benchmarks.
  • Partner with regional and central teams to support growth initiatives, regional training programs, special projects, market expansion efforts, and share insights on key learnings from coverage assignments.
