Job Summary
The Director of Staff Development is responsible to plan and implement facility orientation, job skills training, in-service education, and a Certification Training Program for nursing assistants.
This role involves working with the Director of Nursing and Administrator to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained and also provides direct resident/patient care.
Key duties include coordinating staff recruitment and hiring, managing employment documentation, planning and conducting drills, and supervising staff.
