Job Summary

  • Provide event day setup and support of multiple point-of-sale systems.
  • Diagnose software, firmware, & hardware errors and breakage, and execute solutions.
  • Must be able to report to the stadium no less than 4 hours prior to each game/event, or as directed.

Key Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems or related field
  • Basic PC hardware knowledge
  • Networking including TCP/IP, VLAN’s
  • Windows 2003, 2008, 2008R2 administration
  • Wireless LAN concepts experience
  • Windows XP/Windows 7 and Microsoft Office Suite experience
  • Virtual environments experience
  • Microsoft and Mac applications knowledge
  • Wireless terminologies and security technologies knowledge
  • CAT5/6 crimping knowledge
  • Quest, Counterpoint or SQL systems experience
