  • This role serves as an enterprise-level partner responsible for planning and overseeing the logistical activities required to manage the lifecycle of bioanalytical and biomarker samples across multiple clinical studies.
  • The incumbent must ensure chain-of-custody is maintained and that samples meet the highest quality standards while adhering to ethical and regulatory standards including ICH/GDPR/GCP/GLP.
  • Takeda offers a competitive base salary range of $137,000.00 to $215,270.00 along with comprehensive benefits including medical insurance, 401(k) matching, and up to 80 hours of sick time annually.

  • PhD in scientific discipline or equivalent experience
  • Experience managing bioanalytical sample lifecycle
  • Knowledge of FDA ICH GCP regulations
  • Experience with sample management platforms
  • Ability to lead small teams and FSP resources

  • Knowledge of EU CTR and China regulations
  • Experience with contract MSA SOW reviews
  • Familiarity with translational value considerations
  • Strong cross-functional stakeholder management skills

Key Requirements

  • PhD degree in scientific discipline with 3+ years experience
