The Production Supervisor has daily responsibility for providing direct supervision to manufacturing associates to achieve Safety, Quality, Cost, Delivery and People performance goals.
Manage by Gemba walks, observations and asking questions, and execute production plans in conjunction with planning and customer service teams.
