Must-have
Bachelor's degree in engineering or manufacturing
8 years experience in engineering or operations
U.S. citizenship required for security access
Experience with casting mold and tooling design
Leadership of product engineering teams
Nice-to-have
Prior supervisor experience in Engineering
Six Sigma green belt certification
Background in Statistical Process Control
Knowledge of Manufacturing Readiness Level process
Strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills
Key Requirements
