Job Summary

  • This position negotiates transaction deal documents and facilitates deal closings in a timely manner for CLO and Borrowing Base transactions for mid-tier and some large-tier Global Capital Markets clients.
  • The role serves as a centralized client-facing deal manager and internal liaison to operational and support groups, independently addressing escalated client issues.
  • The successful candidate will maintain internal control standards and promote an environment that supports belonging and reflects the M&T Bank brand.
