  • The role focuses on advancing the rights of children through a solid local-to-global advocacy approach, which includes networks of children, grassroots structures, Faith-Based Organizations (FBOs), local governments, civil society, and national authorities.

Key Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, Human Rights, Social Science, Public Policy, or related field
  • 7 years of experience in advocacy, public policy, or child rights promotion
  • Experience working with or within regional bodies and multilateral institutions
  • Demonstrated ability to engage children and youth in participatory processes
  • Excellent speaking, writing, and comprehension skills in English and Spanish
  • Availability to travel up to 35% of the time
