Collaborates with business, Engineering & Product Development stakeholders to drive holistic Endpoint Management implementations and maintain constant focus on delivering client value.
Provides support in development of logical and technical architecture for Endpoint Management, project, and platform initiatives.
Acts as subject matter expert to provide technical support of hardware, systems, email flow, Teams Conferences, telephony across different platforms sub-systems and/or applications.
