Job Summary
The Director Business Solutions – Order to Cash is responsible for leading the global Order to Cash & Service Lifecycle Management strategy, as well as the daily operations of the Order Management functions.
This role is responsible for leading a team of managers and professionals, focused on the transformation of our OTC & SLM operations, leveraging our business technologies to realize best-in-class system performance.
Leverages feedback from internal/external stakeholders and metrics to identify opportunities for continuous improvement for order management and the OTC & SLM work streams globally.
