The primary purpose of this position is to provide each assigned resident with routine daily nursing care in accordance with their assessment and care plan.
Employees must be licensed Certified Nursing Assistants and strictly adhere to all policies concerning exposure to blood/body fluids and protected health information.
Key responsibilities include assisting with bathing, dressing, feeding, mobility, and observing residents for pressure areas or skin breakdowns.

Must-have

Assist residents with daily living activities
Monitor and record vital signs accurately
