Job Summary
The Associate Director, HR Technology – Talent & Employee Experience is the functional lead for Workday Talent and Performance Management processes and the overall employee experience within Workday and other talent related technologies across a global environment.
This role combines expertise in talent technology, deep understanding of HR business processes, strong project leadership, and a proactive, consultative approach to delivering solutions.
Full-time equivalent employees also will be eligible for a company bonus (depending, in part, on company and individual performance).

Salary
Base: $127,500 - $187,000; Bonus/Equity: company bonus; Benefits: comprehensive benefit program

Key Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in information systems, Business, Human Resources, or related discipline
Minimum 5 years' experience in HR Operations, HRIS, HR Technology or IT
Workday configuration with exposure to Talent, HCM, or related modules
